Please note that we begin production after receiving your order, so it may take up to 10 days for shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders:
All the products are made to order. So, we don't waste the resources.
Orders are processed between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday.

Shipping:
Shipments in Italy are delivered within 4-5 days from the time of sending. (Shipments to the rest of the European Union are exceptional.)
Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of the products being shipped.

The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen.
The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.

When shipping outside the EU, please note that customs duties or charges may incur, and they are the responsibility buyer.

配送サービスは、配送先と商品の種類に応じて選択させていただいております。 送料はショッピングカートに表示され、チェックアウト画面のご注文の合計金額に追加されます。お支払いの確認時に合計金額が請求されますのでご確認ください 。EU県外への発送には関税がかかりますがお客様ご自身にてご確認、お手続きのほどよろしくお願いいたします。

Returns:
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

配送日から30日以内であれば、未使用品であればどの商品でも返品いただけます。 ご返品のお手続きに関しましては info@laobi-decor.com までお問い合わせください。

Keep it away from water, heat, and humidity, as well as fire and sharp objects to avoid damage. Avoid creasing it. For any questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@laobi-decor.com. Please refrain from washing it with water, as it could harm the delicate silk material.
